Emily's 1st Birthday!
It was Emily's 1st Birthday on the 8th of November. We started the day going to Baby Bounce a program at the library and everyone sang Happy Birthday to Emily (which is smiled and clapped the whole time...eating up the attention). We then had a girls lunch out just, Emily and I. The weather wasn't to cold so we then spent some good time outside going for a walk with our friends Cicely and Zoe. When Ben got home from work we took Emily for Mexican food, which is her favorite then home for some Birthday cake and presents. Emily got a vacuum cleaner for her birthday. Now she can follow me around the house with her own vacuum! I still can't believe she is a year old.
Last Days of Warmth!
Emily and I got outside and enjoyed one of our last days of warmth before the winter cold. Emily took her push car and pushed it up and down the driveway about 100 times.

Fall Festivities
Ben and I took Em last Sunday to her first pumpkin patch. We took a hay ride out to the patch and picked our own pumpkins. Emily loved to play in the hay! Ben carved Emily a duck pumpkin which on of our lovely squirls ate the head off.
Our moms club had a fall costume party last week and Emily was a duck. It was fun to see all her little friends dressed up. My favorite was Will who was dressed up like a golfer, he even had his own golf clubs...toooo cute!
Last night our neighborhood had a Fall Festival in the park. They had cider and doughnuts for the adults which were yummy. They have Apple Cider Doughnuts here in Jersey which I highly recommend everyone trying. They then had a parade with all the kids.
